Terms and Conditions

We strive to ensure high standards and provide a first class service with each clean. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of the finish, please inform us within 48 hours and we will return to re-clean the affected areas free of charge.

If your requirements change, i.e. adding additional areas after the original quote was submitted additional costs may apply.

Safety is of paramount importance to us so we request that small children and pets be enclosed in the safety of the house for the duration of the clean.

We always work within the current Health & Safety legislation. Therefore, if we deem any conditions unfit or hazardous then work will not continue until conditions are improved.

We are covered by public liability insurance, a copy is always carried and can be seen upon request.

Payment is due on completion of work. Any payments over 30 days old will incur a £25 administration fee.

If you are not available when payment is due or if you wish to pay by cheque we will leave you a S.A.E. For those living further away from Hayes, this will be preferred method of payment.
