Middlesex Pressure Washing offers a full sealing service for your block paving or patio using Spinseal acrylic based sealers.

In addition to deep cleaning, Middlesex Pressure Washing can also seal your hard surface with Spinseal. This will prolong the cleanliness of your hard surface for many years

The sealer will also enable your hard surface to be pressure washed and cleaned more efficiently keeping that "new look".

• Spinseal provides a barrier to contaminants such as OIL, PETROL, DIESEL, ALKALIS, FOOD STAINING and most common chemicals.
• Spinseal will increase the abrasion resistance of the surface and also penetrate the jointing sand thus stabilising the joints and preventing the infestation of WEEDS, MOSS, LICHEN, ALGAE and burrowing insects such as ANTS
  
• Spinseal is designed to seal the surface and to enhance appearance of BLOCK PAVING, PAVING SLABS and other CONCRETE PRODUCTS. Our range offers the customer a choice of systems and surface finishes to accommodate most areas of application.
  

Spinseal's unique slow drying format has been designed for use in warmer temperatures and again allows the sealant to fully penetrate the substrate and jointing sand before solvent evaporation ensuring that the full joint hardens and not just the top layer.
